Father Christmas has been in touch just  to let us know that he will be visiting Wells again this year.  He said he was amazed at the welcome he received last year.  He told me he thought the lanterns looked beautiful and couldn't believe that these had all been hand made by children from the Primary School with some help from parents or older brothers and sisters from the High School.  He also said how excited he was when all the fireworks went off and lit up the sky.   He told us that he doesn't know of another Christmas Tide anywhere in the whole wide world.

The Christmas Tide committee do hope that people will turn out again this year to support Christmas Tide and have a lovely time.

Father Christmas should be arriving at Wells Quay from the North Pole at approximately 16.45.  After watching the firework display he will travel up to the Granary Theatre to join his wife Mrs Christmas in their magical home.  Children of all ages will be welcomed with their families and will receive a present and the chance to have their photograph taken by Cy our official photographer.
